  • Yes, if you are looking for something more customized, I get it! Feel free to reach out and let’s talk about how we can bring your brand story to life in a way that’s both manageable and intentional.

  • We design on Squarespace fit custom coded websites, Showit and Shopify. Not sure which one to choose? Send us a message and we will be happy to help you to make the best choice.

  • Once you have confirmed your interest on working with us, you will need to make a 50% deposit payment before I commence the project. I only accept the following payment methods:

    For International Clients: Paypal

    For Local Candaian Clients: Cheque/Bank Transfer

  • Absolutely. I understand branding can be a daunting process and big investment, both financially and personally. After your 50% deposit is paid, your project can be broken into two instalments to create a branding experience that both meets you where you are and honors where you want to go.

  • No. There will be no refunds after you have made the first deposit.

  • Once you have chosen a concept that you would like to move forward with and develop further, there will only be up to 3 rounds of revisions allowed. Additional revisions (change of concept, change of design entirely) will be charged as per my hourly rate.
